It may happen that after a Windows System Recovery the Avira uninstall routine has been damaged and the following error message will be displayed:
After the successful uninstallation, please reinstall your Avira product.
- Log in to Avira Connect.
- Click on the left menu area the button Subscriptions.
- Manage your active subscriptions, Install Avira products, verify your payment history or add a new subscription to your account.
